Absolutely. We are happy to offer our clients a 5% recurring service discount when you book your service to be done on an annual basis. We would simply agree on a general time, carry a card on file, confirm an exact day every year via text / email & complete the job!

It is not necessary that you are home, however, some clients like to be home at the start of the project to meet the crew.

We suggest that you remove your window screens and also remove all items around your home. For example, if we are cleaning your patio we ask you remove all furniture and belongings so that the crew has proper access for cleaning. If you need assistance in these area’s, we’d be happy to help.
